We offer superior services while ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction. The health and safety of our residents are always a top priority, with a qualified staff member present 24/7, 365 days a year. Our residents are provided with comfortable, fully furnished private or shared bedrooms, complete with all necessary utilities such as hot water, heating, and air conditioning. In common areas, residents have access to amenities such as televisions, video games, board games, craft supplies, music, and internet. Additionally, residents are provided with three nutritious meals a day and snacks in between, as well as assistance with laundry and free laundry supplies. Clean bedding and linens, as well as toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toilet tissue, are also included. We offer resident’s enjoyment and relaxation as well as monthly outings. We strive to exceed expectations and provide our residents with a welcoming and nurturing home.
Personal Support/Respite
At Z’s Infinity Care L.L.C, we understand the importance of providing support for both our residents and their caregivers. Our Respite Services are designed to give caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring that our residents continue to receive the high-quality care and support they need. Our respite services provide temporary, short-term care for individuals with developmental disabilities, allowing their primary caregivers the opportunity to take a break from caregiving responsibilities, attend to personal matters, or simply relax and recharge.
Our respite services are provided by highly trained and compassionate staff who are dedicated to ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care while their caregivers are away. Our respite services include assistance with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, homemaking, and social and adaptive skills, as well as recreational and therapeutic activities. We work with each family to develop a personalized respite plan that meets the unique needs of the resident and the caregiver.
Our Respite Services are not only beneficial for caregivers, but also for the residents themselves, as it allows them to interact with new people, engage in new activities and experiences, and continue to grow and develop. We are committed to providing the best possible care and support for our residents and their families.
Residential Habilitation
Our Residential Habilitation Services aim to empower and assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible and to enhance their quality of life. We provide supervision and targeted training to help residents acquire, maintain, or improve skills related to daily living. Our services focus on personal hygiene, homemaking, and social and adaptive skills that enable residents to thrive in the community. Transportation
Transportation , we understand the importance of reliable transportation for our residents to attend daily activities such as Adult Day training center, doctor appointments and other essential appointments. That’s why we provide a comprehensive transportation service for our residents. Our vehicles are equipped with the necessary safety features and are regularly maintained to ensure a safe and comfortable ride. Our trained and experienced drivers are dedicated to providing prompt and courteous service, ensuring that our residents arrive at their destinations on time and safely. With our transportation service, our residents have the freedom and flexibility to participate in community activities and access necessary services with ease. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with the support they need to live a fulfilling life.
Medication Management
Z’s Infinity Care LLC Medication Management Services to ensure that our residents receive their medications correctly, on schedule, and in the correct dosage. Our trained staff works with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication plans and provide education and training to our residents and families. We also monitor and review medications regularly to ensure safety and effectiveness. We strive to provide the best care and support for our residents and their families, so they can live their best life.
